WALLEYE WITH GARLIC BUTTER
Simple, easy and yummy if you are a garlic lover!

4 tablespoons butter
6 big, fat cloves garlic, finely minced
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
4 servings fillets of walleye
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Chopped fresh parsley

Preheat the broiler. Cover a baking pan with foil.
Combine the butter and garlic in a small pan and place over low heat for 5 minutes. Add the lemon juice, and keep warm. Brush the fish lightly with the garlic butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on the baking pan and broil as close to the heat as possible for about 4 minutes. Serve with the remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Makes 6 servings.
